All Units, with the exception of our Motel Rooms, are fully
equipped with towels, linens, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, etc. However, we
do not supply Beach towels, so please remember to pack and bring your own.

corporate outing with all the comforts of home. It has 5 bedrooms
(4 with queen size beds, 1 with 2 sets of bunk beds), 2 1/2 baths,
fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, satellite TV, DVD, private
deck with hot tub for 6 (seasonal) and charcoal grill, fenced yard
with a swing set and tree house for the little ones.
This unit requires a two night minimum stay with a seven day
cancellation notice prior to check in policy. A deposit of one
night is required upon reserving this unit. Sorry, NO PETS! |

We don't sell Fishing License at our Resort or Marina, however, Arkansas Game & Fish
can process your license over the telephone by calling 1-800-364-4263.
Should you need to contact the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, please phone 501-767-2101.
General Regulations:
All holidays are a three (3) night minimum; all other
weekends are a two (2) night minimum. A deposit of one night is
required at the time of reservation. There is a seven (7) day
cancellation notice prior to your arrival date.
All rates are based on two (2) guests unless
otherwise specified, add $5.00 per day per each additional person.
Higher rates apply to one night stays. Late checkouts or any changes
in reservations, please check with the front desk on these additional
fees.
No Pet Policy
We request NO PETS or a $100.00 non-refundable fee
per pet will be added to your credit card. Absolutely no pets in any
of the log cabins, the Brady House, E-1, or L.
PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
Check in time is a 3:00 p.m. or after/5:00 p.m. on
Sundays or the day after a holiday. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
unless prior arrangements are made with the front desk with a fee.
If there are any changes made in a confirmed
reservation once you get here without a 48-hour cancellation notice,
you will be charged for one extra night.
Please bring your credit card along with a drivers
license or picture I.D. when checking in. Sorry, but we do not accept
temporary or out of town checks without pre-approval. We require a
$100.00 cash security deposit required on people paying with cash or
check.
