Lodging Policy

All rooms are guaranteed by a deposit, deposits will be refunded, minus a $25 cancellation fee if Brady Mountain is notified 10 days prior to the customer's reservation date. We will also have to charge for the minimum nights required if the customer cancels short of their reserved nights.

General Policy

• Check-Out time is 10 AM and Check-In time is 3PM Monday through Saturday. Check-In time on Sunday is 5 PM. If we have the rooms cleaned and ready prior to normal Check-In times we will accommodate earlier arrivals.
• All Cabins have a 2 night minimum, 3 night minimum on Holiday Weekends.
• One night stays are allowed in the lodge motel if units are available weekdays.
• One night deposit is required for each room to guarantee all reservations—we will process the customer credit card immediately for deposit.
• We are Pet friendly—Pets are welcome in most units—a pet fee of $20 a night is required.
